Where do you ship to and how much does shipping cost?
We currently only ship to addresses in Germany. Delivery takes place directly to the specified delivery address. The delivery costs are calculated as follows: For orders under 500 euros, shipping and packaging costs of 10 euros apply.
Which payment methods do you accept?
The purchase price can be paid either by credit card (VISA, Mastercard and American Express) or PAYPAL, as provided and available on the website. Your data will be transmitted encrypted when paying by credit card.
Do Day Shoes have a refund
Yes. However, you are obliged to check the delivered products and immediately report any defects to our customer service at shop-de@day.ch. If you fail to do so, the products will be deemed to have been accepted by you. If the customer has not notified customer service of defects by email within 8 days of delivery, the products are deemed to have been accepted. Please read our policies for more information about what is covered under the warranty.
